Mike was very friendly and helpful! He made me feel at ease bringing my vehicle in. He spent time explaining the issue and what caused it. I will take my vehicle there every single time! No other place compares. I highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I stopped in 30 minutes before closing time with a screw in my trucks tire… Honestly we were expecting to be turned away because it was so close to closing, but to our delight Mike and his crew gladly took the truck in and had the tire repaired in less than 10 minutes! Can’t thank y’all enough for your warm welcome and fast service! Life savers I tell ya!!!!

Hands down the best shop in Jonesboro/NEA! Mike, David, and Hayden are great to work with. Always fair pricing and never the “big surprise” repair costing thousands of dollars. I trust these guys to take care of my vehicles and always will. Thank you guys!

Having read numerous reviews about the quality service this auto repair shop provides, I was happy to give them a visit. Those.reviews were spot on. I would.bit hesitate bringing your automotive repair needs to Joes. I trusted them with my 34 year old baby and they treated it with great respect. The car...not the little lady!
